I think it9s paramount to have
someone championing you at the
start of your career, in this industry
especially, or someone that you can
talk to if you9ve got any questions,
and a safe environment where you
can go to them with any question &
I can go to that person and they9re
not going to judge me and they9re
going to give me an honest answer
that they9re going to have my best
interests at heart as well.
