Increase the amount of placements in line with expected
production activity across the north, with large features
expected to utilise crew from across all the regions.

Focus on working with diverse and underrepresented
community groups to understand on how to support
and develop entrants into industry roles.

Increase the length of placements available to attract
more production investment and create more meaningful
experience for beneociaries.

Expand Connected Access through grassroots
organisations.

Continue the roll-out of Connected Campus across
the regions.
Work on creating a more accessible and inclusive
ofer for Disabled and neurodiverse new entrants
through partnership work and campaigns.

Build on the success of Connected Communities
events in year one, with bigger and better events
hosted in cooperation with regional and national
